濟南輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)房屋沒有嚴格的定義，一般可用主要受力構(gòu)件的截面組成來區(qū)分。因此以下的結(jié)構(gòu)都可稱為輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)：

判定結(jié)構(gòu)為重鋼與輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)確實沒有一個統(tǒng)一的標準，很多有經(jīng)驗的設(shè)計師或項目經(jīng)理也常常不能完全說明白，但我們可以以一些數(shù)據(jù)綜合考慮并加以判斷：

There is indeed no unified standard for determining whether the structure is heavy steel or light steel, and many experienced designers or project managers often cannot fully explain it. However, we can comprehensively consider and judge based on some data:

一、廠房行車起吊重量：大于等于25噸，可以認為為重鋼結(jié)構(gòu)了。

1、 The lifting weight of the factory crane is greater than or equal to 25 tons, which can be considered as a heavy steel structure.

二、每平米用鋼量：大于等于50KG/M2，可認為是重鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。

三、主要構(gòu)件鋼板厚度：大于等于10MM，輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)用的較少。

四、另外，還有一些參考值：如每平米造價，大構(gòu)件重量，大跨度，結(jié)構(gòu)形式，檐高等，以上這些在判斷廠房是否為重鋼或輕鋼時可以提供經(jīng)驗數(shù)據(jù)，當然現(xiàn)在很多建筑都是輕、重鋼都有。但有一些我們可以較肯定的說是重鋼：如：石化廠房設(shè)施、電廠廠房、大跨度的體育場館、展覽，高層或超高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。

五、實際上國家規(guī)范和技術(shù)文件都并沒有重鋼一說，為區(qū)別輕型房屋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，也許稱一般鋼結(jié)構(gòu)為“普鋼”更合適。因為普通鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的范圍很廣，可以包含各種鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，不管荷載大小，甚至包括輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的許多內(nèi)容，輕型房屋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程只是針對其“輕”的特點而規(guī)定了一些更具體的內(nèi)容，而且范圍只局限在單層門式剛架。

5、 In fact, there is no mention of heavy steel in national regulations or technical documents. To distinguish light steel structures in buildings, it may be more appropriate to refer to general steel structures as "ordinary steel". 六、輕鋼也是一個比較含糊的名詞，一般可以有兩種理解。一種是現(xiàn)行《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》（GBJ 17－88）中第十一章“圓鋼、小角鋼的輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)”，是指用圓鋼和小于L45＊4和L56＊36＊4的角鋼制作的輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，主要在鋼材缺乏年代時用于不宜用鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)制造的小型結(jié)構(gòu)，現(xiàn)已基本上不大采用，所以這次鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范修訂中已基本上傾向去掉。另一種是《門式剛架輕型房屋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》所規(guī)定的具有輕型屋蓋和輕型外墻（也可以有條件地采用砌體外墻）的單層實腹門式剛架結(jié)構(gòu)，這里的輕型主要是指圍護是用輕質(zhì)材料。既然前一種已經(jīng)快取消，所以現(xiàn)在的輕鋼含義主要是指后一種。

6、 Light steel is also a relatively vague term, which can generally be understood in two ways.
