　　設(shè)計與測量是制作的起點。首先需根據(jù)安裝場地的尺寸，精準(zhǔn)測量門洞的寬度、高度及墻體厚度，確定大門的整體規(guī)格。濟(jì)南部分老城區(qū)的庭院空間有限，設(shè)計時需考慮大門開啟方式（平開或推拉）與周邊環(huán)境的適配性，避免占用過多空間。同時，結(jié)合業(yè)主的審美偏好，融入花紋、造型等藝術(shù)元素，如傳統(tǒng)的祥云圖案、簡約的幾何線條，或結(jié)合泉城文化的特色紋樣。設(shè)計圖紙需明確各部件的尺寸、連接方式及受力點，確保大門結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)固，尤其要考慮濟(jì)南冬季風(fēng)雪對大門的壓力，在關(guān)鍵部位增加承重設(shè)計。

　　材料選擇與裁剪需兼顧強(qiáng)度與美觀。常用材料為低碳鋼或花紋鋼板，低碳鋼可塑性強(qiáng)，適合鍛造復(fù)雜花紋，且經(jīng)過處理后能抵御濟(jì)南的潮濕氣候；花紋鋼板則自帶紋理，可簡化表面裝飾工序。根據(jù)設(shè)計圖紙，用切割設(shè)備將鋼材裁剪成門框、花件、面板等部件，切割時需保證切口平整，避免毛刺影響后續(xù)加工。對于需要彎曲或鍛造的部件（如弧形門框、立體花飾），需采用加熱鍛造工藝，將鋼材加熱至紅熱狀態(tài)后，用模具壓制成型，冷卻后進(jìn)行修整，確保造型精準(zhǔn)。

　　焊接與組裝是塑造大門骨架的關(guān)鍵。先將門框的豎框與橫框焊接成整體框架，焊接點需飽滿牢固，焊后用角磨機(jī)打磨平整，避免凸起影響美觀或造成磕碰。接著安裝花件與裝飾部件，根據(jù)設(shè)計圖紙在框架上定位后，采用點焊固定，調(diào)整位置確認(rèn)無誤后再滿焊，確?；c框架連接緊密，在濟(jì)南的強(qiáng)風(fēng)天氣中不會松動。對于有玻璃或板材鑲嵌的大門，需預(yù)留相應(yīng)的卡槽，卡槽尺寸需精準(zhǔn)，保證鑲嵌物安裝后牢固不晃動。組裝完成后，檢查大門的平整度，用水平儀校準(zhǔn)，確保門框垂直、對角線誤差控制在 5 毫米以內(nèi)，避免安裝后出現(xiàn)開關(guān)不暢。
